Super Urgent Liver Transplant In India

This is a unique set of patients who have Fulminant liver failure and need an urgent transplant to survive. The patients family is given an option of both LDLT (in case compatible living donor is available) or DDLT (Incase a compatible donor is not available). The patient and donor are worked up expeditiously and transplant is performed within 24 hours of established diagnosis.

In case, the patient is need of a super urgent liver transplant does not have a living donor, the family is explained in detail the process of super urgent deceased donor liver transplant. Subsequently the patient is listed with the program to ensure a super urgent cadaver liver transplant.
